Personal Training With Cara
I operate on monthly membership for Personal Training.
The Gold Membership is £120 per month and includes 1 PT sessions a week.
Platinum Membership is £210 per month and includes 2 PT sessions a week.
I provide much more than time and Personal Training sessions. I believe that fitness and health are multi dimensional and also require a change in habits and lifestyle to be sustainable.
That's why I have also put in place the below for my Personal Training clients to make the changes which they need to achieve their goals.
What do you also get?
Personal Training session in a semi private gym once or twice a week.
I will help you to achieve your goals via a bespoke nutrition plan, guidance and support.
I also provide sample meal plans and monthly a Cooking with Cara recipe book with calorie and macro breakdown.
You will have access to the Classes with Cara app to keep you moving, motivated and working out whilst you are away from the gym. All workouts are logged and feedback to me to analysis and assess. I also provide accountability to get it done!
Access to the Classes with Cara Private Pilates membership Facebook group which has three Pilates classes streamed a week.
Advice on daily lifestyle activities to improve overall well being - sleep, steps, hydration.
