1 - 1 Bespoke Personal Training -

1 - 1 Personal training sessions available for anyone who wants to get fitter and healthier. The sessions can be either be booked as a one off or as part of a 12 week personalised and tailored training program. The gym is not intimidating and very quiet, my style is encouraging and supportive for all to enjoy working out.

Small Group Personal Training -

If you enjoy working out as a group or a couple then I can provide one hour sessions which accommodate for differing levels of fitness to provide all with an effective and enjoyable workout.

Pilates -

Individual or Duet Pilates sessions available. Build muscular strength and endurance, core stability and improve flexibility. Pre and post pregnancy specific sessions available. Sessions can take place within the comfort of your own home or at No Gym Required.

Couch to 5K Individual Sessions -

Individual couch to 5K programs at a time, in a environment and with a supportive style to suit you. Aimed to get you up to a comfortable pace to run 5K in a 9 week program. If you are nervous and tentative about joining in a running group session then I can get you prepared and feeling more confident in your ability. If you have always wanted to do a specific event then I can help you on the first steps.

12 Week Training Plans -

If you can't make it to the gym then I can provide you with a bespoke and tailored training plan based upon a detailed consultation with myself. These are personalised around your goals and with a realistic timescale to achieve them. I can provide resistance plans for you to complete in a gym of your choice, HIIT plans which can be done at home when you have a spare few minuets. I can also provide 10k plans, half marathon plans and full marathon plans if you have entered a specific event.

Sports Massage -

Soft tissue manipulation can benefit any individual - they don't have to take part in sport! I offer mobile massages in the comfort of your own home or I have a private studio. The studio is comfortable, warm and private. After a consultation regarding any problems which you have or areas which you would like to concentrate on I will provide a thorough and intense deep massage.

Fix my Back - 

Been advised to take up Pilates by a Doctor or Physio - but never got round to it? I have therefore created a session for those with back problems to ease pain, increase flexibility and strengthen the back. The session starts with a 45 minute sports massage which will focus on the back, shoulders and posterior chain. Once the muscles are warmed up we will progress on to a 45 minute Pilates session, this will strengthen the back and core, improve flexibility and posture to treat the cause of the pain.
