Compassion with Cara - Saturday’s 11.55 (40 mins)
Do you not know where to start when it comes to gyms, classes, fitness, health?
With the focus on being compassion to yourself and moving your body from a place which comes from a place of liking your body instead of hating it.
This isn’t about weight loss it’s about what you gain.
Compassion with Cara is a 40 min class which will focus on building strength, getting the lungs and heart working and also making the mind happy.
There will be mainly be body weight exercises and modifications so people won’t feel left out (there is always an alternative!)
Fun and positivity being the main focus points of this session.
