Pilates for Runners Workshop

My successful Runners workshops now have a new home in the lovely studio at Love 2 Stay.

If you are a runner then you need to be attending this session!

Pilates helps to create a strong core, increase’s pelvis stability and promote’s good posture. All of which are fundamental to an efficient running style.

In addition, we will focus on incorporating a better breathing style and working on the strength and endurance of the muscles of the lower body.

High hips is a key factor in a strong running style therefore, we will work the glutes and posterior chain to facilitate this.

I will incorporate some maintenance and developmental stretches to increase flexibility - just what every runner loves!

This workshop will be beginner-friendly as I will give modifications and progressions for all abilities. 

Totally fine if you are a complete beginner or more advanced at Pilates, I always make my classes fun and no one takes it too seriously!

If you have any health issues which could cause complications. If you do please let me know.

If you have a mat please do bring one along - all COVID precaution steps will be taken.
