Service Description
🧘♀️☕️ Everyone is welcome at 12 noon for Pilates and Lattes - it’s a super friendly social class and caters for all ability’s, injuries and experience levels. We welcome beginners as it's a great introduction to Pilates. Best bit - is we all head over for a yummy coffee at the Love to Stay cafe overlooking the outside pools. ✅ All socially distanced, COVID precautions in place. If you have a mat please bring it with you if not they can be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing with you can move freely in and also socks (without holes!) If you are unable to make the class please email getfit@classeswithcara.co.uk and I will be able to give the place to someone else, please email if you have any medical issues which you think I need to know of. Thanks
